We are running week-long taster courses to improve your chances of working in health and social care, with children and in customer service. All of our courses are free for Great Places’ customers and assistance can be given to help with travel expenses.
Each of these courses will give you an insight into what skills and knowledge are needed – through carefully chosen modules and practical activities -to prepare you for further training/ finding employment or deciding if this is the sector of work for you.
In addition, if you are on the “Working with Children” or “Introduction to Health and Social Care” courses, you will gain your Level 1 Awareness in Safeguarding qualification.
