Regulatory Information
- We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), who assess our delivery of the outcomes of the Consumer, Governance, and Financial Viability standards.
- Following assessment of our delivery of the outcomes of these regulatory standards, we have been awarded C1, G1 and V2 grades for the Consumer, Governance and Financial Viability standards respectively.

December 2025 Judgement
We are pleased to announce that following an Annual Stability check and ongoing regulatory activity, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has confirmed that the Governance and Financial Viability grades and straplines for Great Places Housing Group remain unchanged:
- C1 – Our judgement is that overall the landlord is delivering the outcomes of the consumer standards.
- G1 – Our judgement is that the landlord meets our governance requirements.
- V2 – Our judgement is that the landlord meets our viability requirements.
We have been awarded a C1 grading in relation to consumer standards.
