Tulloch Court has 46 self contained flats. Each property has an entrance area which is large enough to accommodate a mobility scooter, an open plan lounge and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a wet room.

All properties are plumbed to accommodate a washing machine and have space for a tumble dryer.

Applicants must require care now or be planning for future care needs. The scheme aims to have a mixture of people with low, medium and high care needs to create a balanced community.

• Low care needs: You are able to manage most or all everyday tasks.
• Medium care needs: You are able to manage some everyday tasks, but do require some support.
• High care needs: You require significant support to live independently.
