Both Hawkshaw and Stanyard Court have self contained flats, some have been adapted and some are suitable for two people. We have excellent communal facilities which include a lounge, gardens and hair and beauty salon.
Hawkshaw Court has 32 one bedroom flats, 5 one bedroom bungalows and 2 two bedroom bungalows.
Stanyard Court has 20 flats.
All flats/bungalows have a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
All flats have solar panels fitted and gas central heating.
