Insight’s review into of communications, relating to damp, mould, and condensation

Insight, the customer scrutiny group has just reported back their recommendations for improvement following review of communications, relating to damp, mould, and condensation. Actions will be agreed in response to the recommendations, which will be presented with their review findings to Great Places Board in August.
