We know it is important for us to understand our customers and this is a key priority for us.

In the coming months we will be focusing on getting to know you better, to help us tailor services where possible in response to any additional needs you may have. This will start with us checking that we hold the right information for you in our database, to make sure it is up to date.

We will also be refreshing our customer interpretations and translations policies, and creating a customer diversity panel to help inform our work in this area moving forward. Want to get involved or find out more?
