Great Places makes a splash at the Inside Housing Development Awards

Great Places is in the running for a record number of Inside Housing Development Awards.

The Affordable Development Team is shortlisted in four categories including:

• Best development (101-500 homes) for its Worrall Street development in Salford
• Best affordable housing development (less than £20m) for its Ancoats Dispensary regeneration project
• Best regeneration project (100+ homes) as part of the partnership involved in delivering Whinney Hill and Chesterhill Avenue, Thrybergh, Rotherham and
• Best development team (urban).

It was also good news for our Greater Manchester Joint Venture, Hive Homes, which has been shortlisted in the Best development team (rural/suburban).

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Friday, September 29, 2023, at the Royal Lancaster London.
