Great Places’ Affordable Development Team is celebrating after winning the Developer of the Year award at the Northern Housing Awards, held on Tuesday 2 May at Lancashire County Cricket Club.
The prestigious award recognises organisations that have excelled in delivering a large number of new homes to a high standard and/or successfully implemented innovative ways of building homes.
Members of the development team, including Helen Spencer, Nick Gornall, Chris McManus, Joanne Whitehead and Paul Taylor were joined by our Chief Executive, Matthew Harrison and stakeholders from Homes England, Manchester City Council, Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation and Blackpool Council to celebrate the occasion and what has been a great year for the Development team.
