Hive Homes, our profit for purpose joint venture has won the Newcomer of the Year category at this year’s prestigious RESI Awards.
The joint venture with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority and nine other ten of Manchester’s leading Housing Associations, including Great Places and MSV, fought off stiff competition to win the award, announced at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London this Wednesday.
Commenting on the award, Ed Milner, Managing Director at Hive Homes said:
