Forge New Homes, our partnership with four Sheffield housing providers has appointed Justin Martin as its technical lead.
Justin has over 19 years of experience working in a range of development, construction and regeneration roles. He joins Forge New Homes from ENGIE where as a Design Manager he was responsible for supporting the Land and Partnerships Team in securing delivery of over 1,000 homes, providing technical support and coordination from land offer to a successful planning outcome. His experience covers the delivery of a range of tenures, from social rent to open market sale. In addition, Justin has several years delivery experience, at both site level and technical coordination of live projects.
Justin will play a key role in driving the future development of the joint venture with Great Places, Together Housing Association, South Yorkshire Housing Association, Housing Group, Yorkshire Housing and the Guinness Partnership. He will be responsible for overseeing the progression of Forge New Homes’ newly acquired sites and taking these through the technical, legal, planning and financial hurdles to starting on site.
