New Year update from Insight Customer Scrutiny Group

We start this new year tying up some loose ends for our last scrutiny review which explored Employment and Skills support for customers. Firstly and most importantly, we would like to thank all customers who spoke with us about their experience of the support provided. Your feedback genuinely helped us understand more about the service and the benefits to customers.

Secondly, Insight would like to share just how inspired they were with people’s positive comments about their achievements, and the difference support had made for them. Insight will present their learning to Great Places Board in February, which they are excited about, so look out for updates coming soon.
