Work has started on The Groves a 51 home housing scheme in Bispham, which will comprise an affordable element to be managed by Great Places Housing Group.
The scheme, will provide two-, three- and four-bedroom executive homes, with total of 16 homes available for affordable rent through Great Places.
Each home will feature off-road parking and a private rear garden. The Bispham project is the first time Great Places and Create have worked together.
Commenting on the start of the project Nick Gornall, our Director of Development, said:
The Groves is the start of what we hope will be a growing partnership and will deliver 16 much-needed affordable homes as part of this exciting new mixed tenure development
This is one of the current sites we have in Blackpool, where we have a strong local presence with a local team managing over 1,200 homes in the area.
