Insight recently started a scrutiny review to test what it’s like if a customer has to report anti-social behaviour to Great Places. The group are gathering evidence to understand more about this service, and shortly plan to contact customers to ask about their experiences.

Customer feedback is crucial to the success of scrutiny reviews, it’s this detail that tells Insight how the service is performing for customers. Insight would like to thank in advance, all customers who take time to feedback your input is valuable to support scrutiny.

If you are new to customer scrutiny – it is an inspection of service conducted by a group of customers (Insight) to find out how the service is performing for customers. The key element of good scrutiny is information about customers’ experiences of service to understand how services are performing, and if improvements can be made to benefit all customers.
