New telephony software in our Customer Hub

We know how important it is for our customers to be able to contact us easily in a range of ways and to do this its important we have the right technology to make this possible.

Over the next few weeks, we are moving our Customer Hub onto some new systems that will in the long term makes things much easier and quicker for customers to get through to us. It will also help enable us to further expand the range of ways customers can contact us and give us better information on how, when and what our customers are contacting us about, meaning we can continually improve our services to meet our customers’ needs.

While this transition is taking place, it may mean longer than normal wait times as we embed the new system, and our colleagues get used to using it. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in the short term while we make this move.
