More organisations to receive share of Resilience Fund

Last year we launched our Community Resilience Fund, aimed at providing much needed financial support to charities, community groups and social enterprises to implement their COVID-19 recovery strategies to enable them to become more resilient to future economic setbacks.

13 community groups and charitable organisations have already received a share of the initial £100,000 fund.

In addition to £30,000 from Great Places, Countryside, one of our development partners have donated an additional £20,000 of funding.  We are delighted to announce a new round of 19 successful organisations who will receive a share of the money to support those most affected by the impacts of Coronavirus.

9.     SACMHA Health & Social Care – Sheffield, Yorkshire

10.   Samaritans of Stockport and District – Stockport, Equity Region

11.   Community Music Co Op – Stockport, Equity Region

12.   Crossroads Derbyshire – Glossop, Equity Region

13.   Hadfield Coming Together – Glossop, Equity Region

14.   Levenshulme Inspire Foundation – Levenshume – GM South

15.   Humans Mcr – Manchester, GM North & GM South

16.   Ark Assist North West – Oldham, GM North

The Resilience Fund is focused on supporting the following key themes:
