Working closely with you our customers is very important to Great Places your involvement has already helped to shape and improve our services. We want to do more of this and make it easier for you to get involved and have your say. We will soon be launching a new digital platform – called Our Voice – which will make it easier than ever to share your views with us.
Our Voice is a digital platform that will enable you to tell us what you think about a wide range of services, be it through forums, surveys, polls, ideas-sharing or general comments. Allowing us to quickly collect and connect your feedback, Our Voice will allow you to choose to take part in consultations, discussions and activities which are relevant to you across your homes and communities; get involved in online activities in addition to surveys or focus groups; take part in a quick poll; join a forum; suggest ideas; join a Q&A session; upload videos and photographs; make comments on our information or documents and much more.
The platform allows you to join in as much or as little as you like the choice is yours. If you prefer more traditional methods of communication, having Our Voice in place will also mean that our Customer Involvement Team will be able to dedicate more time to face to face or telephone feedback if that is your preference.
