Insight’s September update

Insight has just finished a scrutiny that looked at customers’ experience of a moving into a Great Places home. Customer feedback about the lettings process and new homes was used to find out whether customers had been satisfied and what things mattered most to them about this service. All the scrutiny information collected helped Insight to make recommendations for improvement, which were discussed with Great Places to agree actions. Look out for the next customer newsletter due in October for more detail about this review.

Scrutiny is a way customers can share feedback (both good and not so good) about their service experiences. Customer comments are essential to scrutiny and are valuable to support Insight to understand how services are performing. Future scrutiny review topics are advertised, along with calls for feedback and how you can help inform about your service experiences.
