Insight’s latest update

Last month, Insight presented their latest scrutiny review findings to Great Places Board. The customer group looked at support that’s offered to customers, who may require financial help because of rising costs of living. Following review, Insight identified three recommendations for improvement, which build on the existing support offer, which were to:

Next Insight plan to review how Great Places manage and take care of neighbourhoods and estates to make these places where people want to live. Other services Insight has timetabled to review include the standards of empty properties and anti-social behaviour.
