Insight’s December update

Insight customer scrutiny group has been looking at the support provided to customers by the Employability & Skills service. Thank you to all customers who gave feedback, which helped the group understand more about the service and benefits to customers. Members were encouraged to hear such positive comments about people’s achievements following receipt of support and the difference it made for people.

Insight will soon be reviewing all the information collected and report findings to Great Places, making suggestions based on evidence of ways the service may be improved for customers. We will provide more detail about this in January.
