Insight’s August update

Insight customer scrutiny group has been looking at how it feels for customers to move into a Great Places home. Moving house can be a busy time for anyone, there is always lots of things to co-ordinate and sort out. The purpose of Insight’s scrutiny was to check the process to find out from customers’ perspective what works well plus what may not work as well. Once information has been collected, Insight will suggest recommendations to Great Places, then work together to agree change to improve service.

Scrutiny is a great way for customers to share feedback about your experiences of service. The reviews rely on a range of information to fully understand how services are performing, which includes feedback both good and bad. Your feedback is valuable and appreciated because it helps Insight to understand what matters most to customers about services. All future scrutiny reviews will be advertised and advise how you can give feedback to help inform about your experience.
