Great Places and its subsidiaries had a four-midable result as the Insider North West Property Awards shortlist was released.
Great Places has been shortlisted in the Housebuilder of the Year and Social Housing Development of the Year of the categories as well as the Deal of the Year category for Mellands Park with the land secured for the development of 303 homes and a major youth, community and sporting hub alongside Greater Manchester Youth Federation, Kellen Homes, Sigma Capital Group and Centrepoint.
Meanwhile, Cube Homes, Great Places market sale company, has been shortlisted for Hawthorn Grange, Cheshire, in the Small Housing Development of the Year (fewer than 60 homes).
The awards ceremony takes place on Thursday, January 23 so fingers crossed for some winners on the night.
