Our offices will be closed from 6pm on Thursday, 28th March until 8am on Tuesday, 2nd April due to the Easter break.
During this time we will be operating an Emergency Only Service.
If your repair falls into the emergency category you can call us on our local rate number 0300 123 1966, please listen to the options available as there are different options for the type of emergency you are reporting, selecting the wrong option may delay things for you.
You can also email emergencies to emergencyrepairs@orbisprotect.com who work on our behalf, they usually respond to emails within 30 minutes.
Our website and online portal, MyPlace, will be available across the Easter period, so you can continue to report online, check your rent balance or find further information. Our offices are expected to be busy on 2nd April when we reopen so please be advised it may take longer than normal for us to respond to your contact.
Please note: Payments made between Thursday 28th March and Monday 1st April l will be posted on your rent account by close of business Tuesday 2nd April due to the Easter Bank Holiday.
