Our offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from Tuesday, 24 December 2024 from 12 noon until 8am Thursday, 2 January 2025.
During this time we will be operating an Emergency Only Service.
If your repair falls into the emergency category you can call us on our local rate number 0300 123 1966, please listen to the options available as there are different options for the type of emergency you are reporting, selecting the wrong option may delay things for you.
You can also email emergencies to emergencyrepairs@orbisprotect.com who work on our behalf, they usually respond to emails within 30 minutes.
Our website and online portal, MyPlace, will be available across the Christmas and New Year period, which you can use to book non urgent repairs appointments, report anti-social behaviour, check your rent balance or find further information. Our offices are expected to be busy on 2 January when we reopen so please be advised your call may take some time to answer.
