Great Places struck gold as we were named as Homebuilder of the year at the UK Housing Awards.
We beat off some very stiff competition to land the gong at The Point, Old Trafford, Manchester.
The judges said: “This is a homebuilder with a long-term vision who could demonstrate how seriously they took the long-term stewardship of the communities they were working in. They also took the time to work with their communities and really understand who they are.”
